Delivered Marae Based ICT training in Whanganui
Partnered with the Ministry of Social Develop to deliver ICT training to their clients to help them gain an industry qualification.
Benefit One
The first programme of its kind for the Ministry to deliver ICT training on a Marae. Learning on the marae accelerated the training process. It gave the participants a familiar, comfortable environment to study in and greatly supported the learning outcomes.

Microsoft Teams Calling
The Whanganui District Health Board (Te Whatu Ora) needed a Telephony upgrade as the old system was out of support and was about to die! Working with Vodafone and Microsoft we rolled out Teams calling.
Benefit One
Replaced the old on-premise Telephony system that was out of support and needed to be upgraded to something that was modern and integrated with Microsoft 365.
Benefit Two
Allowed the Hospital to roll out a Telehealth solution where they could have provide medical advice and triage to patients from their own home.
Unleashing Microsoft Teams
We embarked on an aggressive campaign to upgrade the Whanganui District Health Board (Te Whatu Ora) ICT environment after it had be neglected for many years. In this video hosted by Microsoft, Alex and Team discuss the journey to modernising the Hospital ICT infrastructure and environment.
Benefit One
Got rid of Windows 7 machines and the mismatch of Windows 10 versions by standardising on the most recent version of Windows 10. Rolled out Microsoft 365 and Teams calling across the user base
Benefit Two
Upgraded over 100 on-premise servers that were running Windows 2008 R2. Installed new core and edge switches. Upgraded all hardware from Laptops to Desktops and Mobile phones (They were still using Nokia phones with Windows OS!)
First in Asia Pacific to deploy Azure Virtual Desktop
Due to the global health crisis, many people are working remotely for the first time. Organizations of all sizes have had to quickly shift focus and support users who need to stay connected from new locations and devices. In many cases, that means quickly giving users remote access to their corporate desktops and important documents. Check out the Microsoft article

Revera Vault explained in a short video. BIG DATA, NO PROBLEM. Store trillions of objects and petabytes, or even exabytes of data in New Zealand’s unbreakable storage cloud, Vault built on Hitachi.
